[01]Data first, then agents

We do both halves: the pipeline that produces clean, current, traceable data, and the agents that act on it. Most shops only do the second, which is why their pilots stall.

Provenance on every row: where it came from, when it was fetched, and how fresh it is.

AI-native software studio

[02]Who we are

We are partners in an AI-native merchant bank, and we built the platform it runs on. Not a vendor relationship, our own skin.

[03]In short

Three numbers and three ways of working. Everything below is the long version.

  • [01]Proof

    80 TB

    Public web data

Already collected and refreshed monthly. You start from the data instead of paying for the collecting.

  • [02]Proof

    14M+

    Job posts, still growing

Upwork, LinkedIn and web jobs, tracked in real time. AI feeds turn them into leads for our customers, with provenance on every row.

  • [03]Proof

    10+

    Built into revenue

Apps and SaaS we built, ours and our clients'. All of them make money. That is the test we build to.

  • [04]Practice

    AI-native

    How we build

Agent loops do the volume. Whoever architects your system writes it, and reviews everything that ships.

  • [05]Practice

    SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA

    How we handle data

We have run a SOC 2 programme and shipped under GDPR and CCPA. Public data only, provenance on every row, no fake accounts.

  • [06]Practice

    No pilots

    How we ship

The real thing, in your repo, on your infrastructure. The pilot is where other shops stall.

The data you need has no API.The vendor feed is a week stale.
The collector broke and nobody noticed.Half the records are duplicates.
The demo worked. Production returned nothing.Every source needs its own parser.

Everyone has the model. Nobody has the data.

That is the half we build.

Nobody can say where that field came from.Legal asked for provenance and there is none.
The pilot has been two months from launch for a year.Your agent is confidently wrong on stale input.
Three shops quoted the agent. None quoted the pipeline. The block rate went to 100 percent overnight.

[04]What we offer

  • 01

    Data intelligence

Collection, enrichment and monitoring at web scale.

    • Sources without an API
    • Refreshed on your cadence
    • Provenance on every row
    • Into your warehouse, API or CRM
  • 02

    Reverse engineering

When there is no API, we make one.

    • Mobile and web platforms
    • Undocumented and protected systems
    • Stable when they change
    • Millions of requests a day
  • 03

    AI agents and automation

Agents that do real work inside a company.

    • Inside the tools you already use
    • Guardrails and human review
    • Evaluated before it is trusted
    • Intake, research, outreach, reporting
  • 04

    Product engineering

Web and mobile. New, inherited or rescued.

    • New builds, shipped in days
    • Codebases that already have a team
    • Projects the last team walked away from
    • Web and both app stores
    • You own the codebase outright

Start with the hard part.

Fixed price, three to five days.

[05]How to start

Every engagement gets a fixed price and a date before anything is built. The audit is how we get to both.

[01]

Fixed price, three to five days

Feasibility audit

Whether it can be got or built, at what freshness or scope, and what it costs to run. You get the answer in writing, including when the answer is no.

[02]

Fixed price and a date, both set by the audit

Pipeline build

Extraction, normalization and delivery into your warehouse or behind your own API, with provenance on every row.

[03]

Fixed price and a date, both set by the audit

Agent or RAG build

Agents, retrieval and interfaces over your data or ours. Evals and a human in the loop until the output has earned the trust.

[04]

Fixed price and a date, both set by the audit

Product build

Web or mobile, new or into a codebase that already exists. Shipped in your repo, on your infrastructure, and in both stores when it needs to be.

[05]

Monthly, and never required

Keep-it-running retainer

Sources change markup, add limits and start blocking. Monitoring, source drift and block-rate maintenance, for as long as you want it.

No lock-in. You own the code, the prompts and the data, on your own infrastructure.

Book a feasibility audit

[06]How it works

The audit sets that date before anything starts, and it is the normal case rather than the rush case.

  1. Day 1

    Scope

One call, then a written plan with a fixed price and a date. Not a discovery phase.

  2. Day 2-3

    Architecture

The design for your systems and constraints, agreed before anything is built.

  3. Day 4-8

    Build and test

Working software every day, in your repository, on your infrastructure.

  4. Day 9-10

    Ship and hand over

Live, documented, and yours. We train whoever is going to run it.

What happens after it ships?

A pipeline that worked last month can quietly return nothing. This is the part nobody quotes for.

Monitoring

Row counts, freshness and block rates watched, so a source that stops answering is an alert and not a surprise in a quarterly report.

Source drift

Sites change markup, add rate limits and add bot detection. We keep the extraction working through it, and say so when a source is no longer worth the fight.

Handover

You own the code, the prompts and the data. We document the failure modes and train whoever is going to run it, whether or not you keep us on.

[07]Our stack

[08]How we work

No account managers, no delivery leads, no junior inheriting a spec. You talk to the people building the thing.

Automate the work that wastes human potential.

Six years of production software, including a serverless backend at millions of daily requests. Two years running our own AI products.

[10]Answers

  • No. Most projects start with a short paid audit to map the process and work out what automation is worth. If we don't think it makes sense for you, we'll tell you. Ongoing support is available but never required.

Have a question?

[11]Let's get started

  • Whether it can actually be built
  • Best-fit technology stack
  • A fixed price and a date

Every enquiry goes straight to an engineer. Not a sales inbox, not a form queue.

Book a free 30-minute call. No deck and no discovery phase. If it looks worth building, the next step is a fixed-price feasibility audit.
